At The Growth Collective, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order and return most items within 14 days of receiving your goods as part of your cooling-off period.

To request a return, please contact us at growth@thegrowthcollective.app within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is confirmed, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item is returned in a condition that reduces its value.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
